About the ARRI License Shop

These instructions will help you through the process of purchasing ARRI licenses online. Licenses are sold and fulfilled by FastSpring, an authorized reseller. The steps below – helping you register, login, order and receipt of a license – apply to all devices that can use the licenses. For instructions on how to install a license, please refer to License handling instructions.

Registration and Login

You need to register for the online shop first, before you start your order. Please fill out the registration form.

You will receive a confirmation email from alshop@arri-mailservice.de immediately after your registration. Please click the link within this email to confirm your email address is valid.

Another email will be sent to you as soon as your login data is activated. Should you not receive an email, please check your spam-folder.

Check-Out and Payment

The sale and payment processing is fulfilled by FastSpring, an authorized reseller. After logging in successfully, choose licenses at the online shop and add them to your cart. Your cart is always located on the right side of the screen.

Each individual license must be assigned to a specific device (e.g. AMIRA camera or Hi-5). Therefore, please enter the name and number of your device and upload the hardware info (IPKG/JSON) of your device to the online shop.

Then start the ordering process, please click on “Proceed to check-out”. You will be guided through the check-out process and forwarded to FastSpring to select and process payment.

Receipt of your license

After successful completion of your order, the license key file(s) will be made available for you under My account > My downloads. You can download the key and install it to your device. Further information about the installation of the key on your device can be found here.
