How to extract the Hardware Info File (*.json) from an ALEXA Mini LF

• Make sure that a prepared USB stick is plugged into the camera and it is powered on.
• Press the left top button to access the MENU. Using the jog wheel and the centre select button.

• Press the button HW INFO, then press CONFIRM.

• The file will be saved to the USB stick in the folder: ARRI > A-MINI-LF > LICENSES as A-MINI-LF-HW-#####-YYMMDD-HHMM.json. Where ##### is the camera serial number and YYMMDD-HHMM is the Date/Time.

• This is an example of what the HW INFO file looks like on the USB stick.

• Plug the USB stick into a computer and copy the HW INFO file on to the computer so that it can be accessed when ordering licenses.
