Important information for 4K UHD license

To use a 4K UHD license your camera must be calibrated. If you purchase a 4K UHD license and the camera has not yet been calibrated, the 4K UHD function will not work; you will need to send your camera to an ARRI service center for calibration after you have purchased the 4K UHD license.


To check if your camera is calibrated, please register your camera at the ARRI License Shop. In your account, under My devices, upload your hardware info file by clicking on Add new camera – the information will then be displayed in the column "Properties".


If your camera was manufactured in 2015, it has already been calibrated.


If your camera was manufactured before 2015, calibration is required.
